A CUES egy HORIZON Europe kutatási és innovációs program, amelyet az Európai Unió finanszíroz. A CUES a környezet, a társadalom és a gazdaság számára egyaránt előnyös, fenntarthatóbb élelmiszerrendszer kialakításának sürgető szükségességével foglalkozik.
A projekt célja olyan kulturális, az élelmiszer-lánc működésére és a szakpolitika döntésekre ható intézkedések kidolgozása, amelyek segítik a fogyasztókat a fenntarthatóbb fogyasztási gyakorlatok kialakításában.
A program 2024 márciusában indult és 48 hónapig tart.
