HONEY tasting programme

Our honey tasting program is an interactive experience where participants, acting as sommeliers, can sample and taste different varieties of honey—such as milkweed, phacelia, hawthorn, ailanthus, linden, honeydew, fennel, and chestnut. In the process, they learn about the characteristics of these flavors. The program is not just about tasting: using various creative tools—such as honey flavor cards, a honey plant identification game, and other board games—we help increase consumer awareness and engagement in a fun way.
