FOSTER is an ambitious project funded by Horizon Europe. Its aim is to create a foundation for the development of a new knowledge and innovation system for the European food system. FOSTER provides insights into how Europe can better govern and prepare for the transformation of its food system, enabling it to address emerging challenges related to healthy and sustainable diets.
The project seeks to transform the outcomes of the European food system by establishing the FOSTER platform and launching the FOSTER Summer School.
